Low resistance grounding module

The product has the characteristics of lower resistivity, non-toxicity, non corrosiveness, no pollution, convenient installation and long service life, can be used as the grounding body for direct lightning strike prevention earth, lightning induction prevention earth, DC-AC working earth and safety protection earth, is suitable for the regions with various earth resistivity, and has significant effect for the regions of high earth resistivity. The grounding module consists of main components: a main conductor and other several conducting materials adding with mixed strong electrolytes; the module is internally provided with metal pole pieces to be connected with the down leads of a current drain device to enable ground current to be drained rapidly to the ground.

Installation suggestion:

The grounding modules can be buried vertically or horizontally with the depth not less than 0.8 meter, and can be appropriately buried deeply for the earth layer of high resistivity. The distance between the modules shall be not less than 2.5 meters when several modules are buried in parallel.

When the module is connected with the module pole piece or the ground wires, the bonding bars must be adopted for connection. If each connection point is needed to be buried, the connection point must be welded, the welding contact surface not less than 6D or a layer of anticorrosive paint is coated on each connection point to prevent the corrosion of the pole pieces after each connection point (welding point) is removed the surplus surface.

The grounding modules shall be tamped in layers in backfill; and the resistance value of the grounding resistor is measured after the grounding modules are buried for three to five days.
